3/4 ozfresh lemon juice

Any honest Aperol substitute works 1:1 — the equal-parts build is forgiving.

Build

  1. Shake all four ingredients hard with ice, 12–15 seconds.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Express a lemon twist over the top if you like.
